Blanket Rezoning Information
With the approval of ”Home is Here: The City of Calgary’s Housing Strategy”, Council decided to take actions to address the housing crisis.
There were 33 recommendations adopted and one of the most impactful actions is the proposed citywide rezoning to a base residential district, or zone (R-CG). We encourage all residents to get informed on this issue and provide their feedback on it to Council.
